Details of the Half Price rates for faculty per school for Summer Camp Amelia Island 2025

After two faculty members (Considered “Designated Paying Attendees”) from the same school each register for at least two courses, other faculty members from same school may attend different courses each for Half Price!

Half Priced classes are limited to one per school per subject. So, if one faculty member registers for a subject specific course (i.e. DH Accreditation Workshop) any other faculty members from that school must pay to also take that course. Designated Paying Attendees may not attend any courses for half price, they pay for every course they attend.

Additional faculty members from the same school can take any other subject for half price but they cannot attend a course for half price if another one of their school faculty members is in attendance (paid for or not) unless they too pay for the course. The only way two faculty members from the same school can be in the same course is if both pay full price for it. But once your Designated Paying Attendees both register for their total of 4 courses, all of your OTHER faculty can take a total of 14 courses collectively at half price!

This is what is fair to all attendees from all schools. We do not want to fill a course with attendees from one school. Need to keep space for others. This offer expires when classes are filled or the Promotional Deadline of April 1, 2025.

If either of the first two faculty members (Designated Paying Attendees) cancels their registrations, ALL the faculty members who have registered for half priced workshops will all have their registrations cancelled. IF the paying faculty member wishes to not refund his or her registration and transfer it to another faculty member from that school all registrations paid and for half price remain intact.
